How it works
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks the body uses to make its own proteins. Each sequence acts as a specific signal, one the body already knows how to read.
What follows are cycles, not single appointments. Each one is prescribed after a clinical assessment, dosed for you, and reviewed while it runs. What a cycle is intended to support is named beside it. Palina will also tell you when the honest answer is that a peptide is not what you need.

Regulatory update — FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee, July 23–24, 2026: the committee voted to recommend adding six peptides to the 503A bulk drug substances list: BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax. The votes are advisory and do not bind the FDA; the rulemaking that would add them is still to come. All Rx-designated blends and protocols require a prescription and clinical assessment.
Paying over time
A program can be paid in monthly installments through Cherry, a patient financing company. Cherry decides the approval and sets the terms.
