The assessment

  1. AssessmentWe measure first. Nothing is prescribed before it.
  2. First dosePrescribed by Palina, for you.
  3. TitrationThe dose is adjusted in steps, to how you respond.
  4. CheckEvery month while the protocol runs.1 month
  5. The next check, a month later
  6. New measurementThe measurements from your assessment, taken again and compared.
A peptide or weight protocol, the two with a published monthly check. Only the month between two checks is drawn to scale. Where the axis is broken, the length is set at your assessment.

Every prescription protocol at FaceMe Wellness Group starts here, with a clinical assessment, and nothing is prescribed before it.

How it works

The assessment is where we decide with you whether a prescription protocol is right for you, and which one. Palina Antonovich, FNP-BC, writes the prescription after it and follows you through it. Protocols are designed with Pascal Fajardo, MD. All patient-facing prescribing and treatment at FaceMe in the United States is performed by Palina Antonovich, FNP-BC, under Pascal’s protocol guidance.

An injectable peptide protocol is a cycle, not a single appointment: dosed for you, and reviewed while it runs. Palina will also tell you when the honest answer is that a peptide is not what you need.

The assessment is not for you if…

  • you want to leave with a prescription whatever the assessment shows.
  • you want to start with a virtual visit. Virtual visits are for existing patients.
  • you are looking for a single treatment for your face or skin. That is FaceMe Aesthetics, at the same address.
